Tasks & Responsibilities
- Roll-Out Management: Support the P2P ind. Procurement team in managing the future roll-out waves during all project phases for all remaining Metro companies
- Process Excellence: Guide Country stakeholders identifying the correct Buying Channel based on their Procurement processes and encouraging the system adoption
- SAP Ariba Guided Buying and SAP MM Module Optimization: Support in successful implementation and optimization of these modules with focus on keeping SAP standard functionalities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Support in creation and updating of documentation and training materials
- Support Stakeholder Management: Support relationship management with LUCA stakeholders, including project team colleagues, country and shared service center experts as well as external partners and suppliers. Ensure that all P2P processes are integrated and synchronized with business needs
Qualifications
Skill set and experience profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement processes with the focus on Indirect Procurement, either in an operational or a project team. SAP Ariba Guided Buying is a must and knowledge of SAP MM is of an advantage
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Languages: excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel (20-25% of working time)
