Your office in the heart of Szczecin!
METRO Global Solution Center is located in the vibrant city of Szczecin in Poland. We’re based in a modern office in the Posejdon building on Brama Portowa Street - right in the heart of the city!
You can easily reach our location by public transport, car or on foot. If you prefer a bike or an e-scooter, you’ll find a dedicated space in the shared bike room. We’re less than a kilometre from Szczecin’s main train station, so arriving by train is just as convenient!

How we hire?

What skills do we value?

- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – Excellent knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply these standards in financial reporting processes.
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Management – Ability to optimize the credit cycle and efficiently manage credit risk.
- Financial Process Migration to the SSC Model – Experience in transferring and optimizing financial processes within the Shared Service Center (SSC) framework.
- General Ledger Accounting Processes – Knowledge of transaction recording principles and financial report preparation in general ledger accounting.
- CRM and Reporting Tools – Practical knowledge of CRM tools and advanced reporting and data analysis systems (e.g., Power BI).
- SAP and SAP HANA Systems – Proficiency in working with SAP, preferably with knowledge of SAP HANA as a process management support tool.
- Tax Systems Knowledge – Understanding of tax systems applicable in various countries and their application in an international context.
- Project Management – Experience in coordinating projects and managing project teams.
- Customer Service – Ability to maintain positive client relationships, particularly in accounts receivable and credit management.
- Presentations and Meeting Facilitation – Experience in delivering presentations and organizing and moderating business meetings.
- Lean and Process Optimization – Knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools that improve processes and eliminate waste.
- Standardization and Optimization of Accounting Processes – Involvement in optimizing and standardizing accounting processes within GSC structures.
