Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Project Management and Oversight: Support the delivery of the LUCA Rollout project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This includes driving crucial project processes, ensuring transparency, and coordinating with various stakeholders to manage the implementation phases
- Strategic Alignment: Work with the LUCA central project team to drive the business transformation approach that aligns with the company's strategic vision
- Value and Impact Focus: Collaborate with the project transformation office. This involves scoping the Rollout program effectively to focus on high-value areas and avoid low-value localizations
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate detailed reviews and decision meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the program team, external partners, and rollout countries. Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and senior management on rollout project progress
- Risk and Compliance Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies together with the rollout managers. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives, ensuring timely alignment with key decision-makers to secure organization-wide buy-in
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Proven track record (at least 3–5 years) in a support function for project rollout management, preferably with experience in large-scale finance transformation projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). SAP experience and understanding of core FI business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Capable of working within multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Ability to drive meeting agendas and prepare strategic decisions
- 3–5 years’ experience in a support function for project rollout management. Hands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects at global corporations
- Experience with multinational teams is a plus
- S/4 HANA Financial consultancy experience is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel for business trips across Europe: around 20-25% of working time
